Shaping the digital transformation is a key challenge for the Bavarian economy.
One of the most exciting digital technologies is Big Data – the capture, storage and analysis of increasingly large sets of diverse and unstructured data.
On July 18, 2016, the Council for the Future of the Bavarian Economy, established two years ago by the Bavarian Industry Association (vbw), has presented a new report on Big Data at a conference in Munich. The report will illustrate the economic potential and legal framework for making Big Data a success in Bavaria. I look forward to sharing its findings in the next edition of this newsletter.
